FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Say your name, your age, address, profession, and everything that you use do.
JOCELI – My name is Joceli Ramos Bezerra; I’m 57 years old; I live at 211 Aldary Nunes – Santo Lourenco – Serra, Espirito Santo. I’m married with Claudialucia Nascimento Bezerra.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Do you have kids?
JOCELI – Yes. I have one boy 20-years-old, and a little by 3-years-old.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – When did you get married?
JOCELI – It was on 1986.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – When did you been born?
JOCELI – I was born on November 6, 1951.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – it was you who built this house?
JOCELI – Yes.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – When?
JOCELI - In 1989
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – It was you the first one occupier?
JOCELY – Yes.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Did you left this when Holy Mother started to delivery her things?
JOCELI – Nao. When I was living here, already was started her manifestation concern the leaves.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Do you remember the date fall the first one leaf?
JOCELI – No. I really don’t know. Cidinha accompanied us, ok? I just remember that was in 1996.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – It was on winter or summer season?
JOCELI – No, it on springer season; on September.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How could you understand that was Holy Mother who sent this leaf?
JOCELI – Well, I understand that in the earth, hardly, we could make little hols like these ones was made on de leaf; even I got because of what is wrote down on it.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Suddenly did you realize that the human beings could not make it?
JOCELI – Yes.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How could you know that it was Holy Mother?
JOCELI – Well, just because of the manifestation!
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Which manifestation?
JOCELI – Well, her manifestation… like we find a done leaf on the floor!
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – What headed you to believe that the message was coming from Holy Mother?
JOCELI – My faith!
FATHER RENE ALURENTIN – It was even Cidinha to say to you that was Holy Mother?
JOCELI – Yes, it was. The first one found leaf was a cross designed on a mango leaf. Cidinha was who found it.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – It was she to say to you that was a leaf from Holy Mother?
JOCELI – Yes, she said.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Does this event about first leaf, confirmed and increased your faith?
JOCELI – Absolutely!
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – What does insights of this event changed about your life?
JOCELI – Well, my oldest one kid was sick, after that, by our faith in Maria, he got healthy.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Could you tell us what kind of disease he suffered about?
JOCELI - He suffered allergy about everything; even he asthmatic bronchitis.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How old was him at that time?
JOCELI – He was 3-years-old.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How old is he now?
JOCELI – Now he is 20-years-old.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – What does he do now?
JOCELI – He study and work.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How about you, do you work?
JOCELI – I work on the Social Insurance Institute at Serra City Hall.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – it belongs to City Hall administration?
JOCELI – Yes and no. it is not directly, but the Institute give services to the City Hall administration.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – it was difficult to find others home, when this one was coming to be a Sanctuary?
JOCELI – Look, at the beginning it was. But, Cidinha started to move to provide it because Maria instructed her concern that.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Who paid the house?
JOCELI – Volunteers, by donations.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How long later you leaf this house?
JOCELI – Well, I thing about seven years after first leaf!
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Does the new house is bigger than this one for your children?
JOCELI – It is enough.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Does the new one is bigger than this one?
JOCELI – It is the same square meters.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – How many trees there are in the garden of this house?
JOCELI – It is about 12 trees.
FATER RENE LAURENTIN – What kind of tree there are here?
JOCELI – I will cite just some of them; jack fruit tree, avocado, orange, mango, guava, start fruit tree… etc.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – There have nuts tree?
JOCELI – Yes.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – There have acacia with white flowers/
JOCELI – Nao.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – It was, who planted the trees?
JOCELI – Some of them was. Some another already was here.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Do you have anything else to tell us?
JOCELI – No.
FATHER RENE LAURENTIN – Does before start this phenomenon; do you use to go attend Mass regularly? Were you catholic?
JOCELI – Absolutely! I always was catholic. I were baptized and married under religious wedding. My spouse and I did course TO BE prepared to get married.
